By placing an order with From the Heart Magnets, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; the current version is always at fromtheheartmagnets.com/terms.

Our magnets are custom-made to order. Once you submit your order and upload your photos, production begins shortly after payment clears. Because each item is made specifically for you, please review your photos carefully before checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain inappropriate, copyrighted (without authorization), or illegal content.

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We will honor the price displayed at the time you completed your checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping timelines begin once your order has been produced, which typically takes 3–7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

You represent that you have the right to use any photos you upload and grant From the Heart Magnets a limited license to reproduce those photos solely for the purpose of producing your order. We will never use your photos for any other purpose without your permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, From the Heart Magnets' liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
