When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and any photos you upload for your magnets. We collect only what we need to fulfill your order.

Payment information (card details) is processed entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We receive a payment confirmation and transaction ID only.

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your order
• Send order confirmation and shipping notification emails
• Respond to customer service inquiries
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Photos you upload are stored securely via UploadThing and are used solely to produce your magnets. We do not use your photos for advertising, social media, or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Photo files may be retained for up to 90 days after order fulfillment in case reprints are needed, then permanently deleted.

We use the following trusted services to operate our store:

• Stripe — secure payment processing
• UploadThing — photo upload and storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting

Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their services.

Our site uses minimal cookies necessary for authentication and shopping cart functionality. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@fromtheheartmagnets.com. We will respond within 30 days.
